Nadia and Carol

Nadia Comaneci is a Romanian gymnast (born on the 12th of November, 1961 at Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej [now OnestiGheorghe Gheorghiu Dej [now Onesti] Romania). She was first gymnast to score a perfect 10 on an Olympic celebration. Comaneci was spotted by Bela Karolyi later the Romanian gymnastics coach at the time she was six years old. She participated at the Romanian Junior Championships and finished 13th. She was awarded the championship in 1970. She won three golds in her debut competition, a junior pre-Olympic meet in 1972 that was held by communist countries. The following year, 1973 as well as 1974, she was the junior champion in all-round competitions. She won four gold and one silver in her senior debut international competition, held in 1975. It was the first time she participated as an older senior. In 1976 she became the world's first woman who used a double backwards salto for a dismount off the parallel bars. Carol Wayne.........................Carol Wayne was an American film and TV actor best recognized for portraying Art Fern's Tea-Time Movie Lady on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. She began her career in the entertainment industry during her teenage years, when she performed as an ice skating duo along with the twin sister Nina Wayne for the travelling entertainment show Ice Capades. Carol Marie Wayne was a born on the 6th day of September, 1942 in Chicago Illinois. Carol's first job was in entertainment in her teens. She began her career as model skater with her younger sibling Nina Wayne as part of the shows that traveled around called Ice Capades. The show featured stage-moving ice-skating performance.
